How can I lose weight? -

How can I lose weight fast at home without going to the gym. I weigh 260 and am 6 foot 2 inches. And how can I run more distant without getting tired. And is there a drink that will make you full instead of eating.

Question 1) eat right, stop eating all refined carbs and sugars and eat tons of fruits vegetables and lean meatsQuestion 2) run more oftenQuestion 3) protein shake

Why cant you go to the gym? your basically saying, how can i lose weight really quickly without much work thats the wrong attitude to begin with.but, its true, you dont need to go to the gym to lose weight.. why not start walking everyday for 30-45 minutes.. Cut back on processed foods.. no fast food.. eat more salads.. eat smaller portions.. cut back on alcohol and sugar and white bread. Drink lots of water. like i mentioned, instead of running, just walk.. wlaking is good enough to begin with anyway.. and its still a good work out.. walk every day, eat right.. you can also do jumping jacks, and ab crunches at home. Swimming is great as well..I cant talk, because ive always been skinny (sometimes too skinny) but.. you know what you need to do.. its just the motivation/hard work you need to put in.. its not rocket science.. EAT LESS, EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE. thats it :) you can do it!
