Along with working out, which food will make me lose weight faster? -

which food are good for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and, dinner when i want to lose weight and working out?

drink water and eat canteloupe and pineapple. Also lean protein and eggs.

For breakfast u can have 1 of the following:-Oatmeal-Eggwhites-Whole wheat toastFor lunch:-A piece of protein the size of a balled up fist-A fistful amount of rice-Some green vegetables (spinach, brocolli, green beans)For snacks( u can have 1 snack between bfast lunch, 1 between lunch dinner 1 after dinner)-a fistfull of peanuts-a fistfull of strawberries-fresh orange-1/2 banana-a bowl of popcorn (the healthy kind, not the ones from the movies)-a scoop of ice cream (the lowfat one)-string cheese (lowfat cheese)--Salads are a good choice of snackFor dinner: -A piece of protein the size of a balled up fist-A fistful amount of rice-Some form of vegetables *make sure u drink lots of water** all u have to do is purchase the ingredients beforehand make ur meals. My mom tried the grapefruit diet and it worked. I think any fruit or vegetable is a sure way to lose weight and drinking plenty of water.

I find that eating grapefruit works very well. You may want to cut out things like bread, potatoes, noodles and sugar based foods.
