How do i lose weight fast? -

no unhealthy ways. i dont want to starve myself i like food.

Drink more water, this helps you retain less water weight.Try power walking outside, the peaks and valley will turn you into a fat burning machine. Always make a point to eat breakfast, ie, Kashi makes good hot cereal and hot oatmeal put some fruit in it and soy milk have it with OJ and maybe an egg on certain days.Try Morningstar vegetarian products, you get nutrition bang for your caloric buck.Also fish and seafood and nuts are good if you are not allergic. Don t forget your veggies and fruits, Lastly, cut out processed and unnecessary carbs, ie, white breads, rice, sodas, and any sweets or candy.Finally, exercising is good for you and your BP, however in the initial few months of weight loss, exersice doesn t really play a role as much as caloric reduction. Go for at least 1500 cal. a day, but honestly, it is not how much you eat it is what you eat.

I just lost 20 pounds this month by limiting my carb intake to 20 grams a day. So I have a protein shake for bfeast/snak on veggies like cucumber/ranch and celery/cream cheese in the AM and PM and make a beef/taco salad or good grilled chicken salad for lunch and eat grilled chick/asparagus or beef/zuchinni for dinner. I still have a beer or 2 at night, but I drink lots of water. Keep in mind I did this 4 years ago witht he same results and at that time (4 years ago) I quit soda, sugar, fastfood, coffee and to this day I still do not eat that stuff. You also have to gradually introduce carbs back in - like 5 carbs extra per week. Eventually that diet led me to a healtier lifestyle change and it took 4 years to gain 20 pounds back, so now I am back on. It was more of a lifestyle change, but literally dropping a pound a day is very motivating.

In the past I lost over 50 lbs. by doing Billy Blank s Tae Bo and following a sensible meal plan. I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fruits and veggies in between. My clothes began falling off me. I couldn t believe I was so slim. If you have difficulty doing Tae Bo then just stick to a walking plan of 30 min. at least 4-5 days a week. As far as eating goes, you know to eat in moderation. You won t loose weight fast by doing it the healthy way, because it is unhealthy to drop pounds too quickly. Good luck!

well, im not sure how you could lose it that fast how you want but let me tell u an easy way. eat whatever you want but half it. and just walk or jog for at last 30 minutes girl it works. but ok not whatever you want but most of whatever you want. u no whats good and bad rite.

Well I think it s totally about self-control:Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurtLunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet barDinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)Or maybe a cup of special K or cheeriosSome other tips:DON T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT S AMAZINGI recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it s good for your healthAnd of course, do at least 50 abs per dayGood luck

Exercise: Lots of Cardio (Running, swimming, fast dancing, ect.)Diet: Don t eat/drink Splenda/Diet drinks. Also try avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup. Just try to avoid chemicals and Heavily processed foods. Also Eat smaller meal portions, more often.

do cardio and toning exercises 6 days a week and calorie shift your food intake... im sure you know this already...!!
