Ok. so spring break is coming up and i have my swimsuit...i am pretty average maybe even below...idk...i look pretty fit, but i want to no what would help me lose weight fast idc what it is as long as it works!!! thanks.

I lost 3lbs in i week by eating less, my foods were noodles, salads and light wheat bread with tuna and a small snack I stop drinking sodas, now a days only fruit juice + water and It worked for me.
