Help! I want to get into shape and lose weight by October and I was wondering what are some good exercises to do at home without the expensive equipment? I want to focus on my stomach, arms, and legs the most.

The best way to lose weight is to use your legs. Running, walking riding your bike--it doesn t matter what exercise you do. Human powered miles = weight loss.
