Overexercising is something you shouldn t do, either, because it s dangerous.Also, you should probably talk to your doctor and check your BMI (body mass index) because if you aren t overweight, you shouldn t be trying to lose so much weight. You have to learn to love your body and not be tricked by the media into trying to live up to men s impossible expectations of women, which just demonstrate the patriarchal nature of out society.
