How Can I Lose Weight Fast? -

Hi! My names Jazmine :) I m 15, 5 5, and i weigh 134 pounds. YES...134 POUNDS!:( I m setting my goal of weight loss to 125 but i don t know how to lose the weight. I want to see results in about 5 weeks. How do i do it?

Jazmine, how long did it take you to go from 125 to 134? Not five weeks, I am guessing.Aim for weight loss of about 1-2 pounds per week. Anymore than that is water and muscle weight, which will come right back.The quickest and surest way to lose weight is to increase your physical activity while decreasing your caloric intake. 30 minutes of exercise is about right, done daily. Reduce your caloric intake by about 25%. Be sure to eat properly, whole grains, milk, yogurt, meat, etc, cut out the junk food, and ice creams, etc. Good luck.
