I am 13 years old i m a guy and i i am 5 4 and weigh a bout 160. i visited my uncle over the summer and he is really bulk and said that i should lose fat not necessarily weight (although it would be bad if i lost weight) but he said tht next time i see him he wants me to be in better shape. how can i do this in 17 days?
Cut out junk food and start jogging 4-6 days per week.
you re 13, a boy, do it slow. since you re in school and you don t want to lose weight just fat, try track and field. those people are slim, muscular and strongIMO, you re a young kid and you should not be dieting unless you re 250lbs, but then not even.
