You are not being healthy at all if that is how much you weigh. You need to learn to eat 1500-2000 calories a day and no more and no less. You should see a dieticain and not be embarrassed because all that extra weight and only 15, well you aren t healthy and you could hurt yourself in the future. I mean, where were your parents when you were eating all this food. And exercise is what is REALLY going to do it, so stick with football, and get into some other sports so your not bored when it s out of season!
