im 16 yrs old and i know that im not fat but i wanna lose a little bit of weight. i used to have hard workouts everyday from gymnastics so i was really fit and now that i quit im not as toned and have defiantly put some weight on. what is the fastest way to lose weight?

Stop eating. What most retarded americans don t realize is that there fat cause they stuffed there faces with food! I eat 1 healthy meal a day and im 5 4 weighing 105 pounds. Im not the only one that can do it.
