How to lose weight by starving fast? -

heyy i need to lose weight fast not eating really helps to lose weight fat but just have to be carefull after u start to eat if i dony eat for 10 days and just drink water chew gum i would be able to lose about 8 9 kg wont i? dont tell me its not good and stuff i no. has anyone done this plzz helpp thankss.

dude, really. i know you asked to not hear it, but eating keeps your metabolism going. if you don t eat, it won t have anything to burn off and it will go away. i m not saying to eat every minute of the day. exercise! do the 5 meal a day, do cardio. if i understand correctly, jessica simpson did that for a month prior to filming for Dukes of Hazzard. consider ALL your options before doing that because it s not only a habit forming eating disorder, but it s just... not smart.

Yeah it works in the short term i use to do this and found not only did i get so hungry after a few days but the weight seemed to go back on just as fast and more when i started eating again. Speaking from experience please loose the weight gradually i know its a serious pain but the results are more beneficial for you and your health. Did you realise that if you starve your body to this amount that your body actually holds onto all your fat stores and it shuts it down to a degree, so you dont actually loose as much weight as if you ate a balanced diet and exercised.As for this person who sayes to skip water thats absolute crap (in actual fact i know what your getting at-stupid) Your body needs water and in fact from what i ve read i think it was Kate Morgan they say if you feel hungry to have a drink of water as sometimes your body can not distinguish the diff between hunger and thirst.Water is vital in weight lose.

Ok, I have tried this,,it doesn t work,,,you get on the band wagon and fall right back off again. This is what I m currently doing and it s probably not that great eithier. I am losing weight on it though..you have to stay committed though. I need to lose 30 lbs,,,,,I want it to come off fast!! reality is it will come off in time, like it went on ...over time. I had to ask myself why I gained it....well, out of boredom,,,,love to eat...I ate to much when I ate!! there weren t any portion size.This is what I m doing now....in the morning I have an orange they are bigthen at noon ..non fat or lowfat cottage cheese/with carrots about 5for a snack a rice cake if I likesupper I eat two slices of whole grain bread w/ lettuce and tomato and pepper, and mayo no fat or low fat. popcorn or veg or fruit for snack. I try to drink water you should but I hate it. I m drinking a little more, and I always take a multivitaminexercise- I hate,,,so I don t force myself, but I do need to incorporate,,I do just a little now,, but I m going to work on that. i need it for toning. What all this does, is allows me to know what I m eating. On the week-end, I pick one thing that I can splurge on, My treat this last week was a waffle bowl from the dairy queen. It makes me look forward to the reward I deserve. If we have to sway from this,,,i get 2 tostadas when going out, not three, with beer and chips on the side. Think before you eat!!! Good luck

that is not the way to go about it. you could end up in the hospital with a feeding tube. a healthy way to loose weight is eat healthy foods more vegetables and fruits and food low in fat but high in protein. i just lost 30 lbs, by eating healthy and exercising. you could lift weights use an ab lounge, or just put on exercise channels and do what they do. i bought 2 lb weights then 5 lb weights at walmart for less than 10 dollars. and i stretch and exercise while lifting the weights. please dont starve yourself.

once you start eating again, you ll gain it back twice as fast as you lost it...your body will go into a starvation mode and store the fat away for next time you wont be eating...just to let you know.a faster way to lose weight is to simply stop eating sugar...and pay attention to the sugar grams on the nutritional labels of your food...they like to sneak it in to things you wouldnt think have sugar in them.

well: I know you already know it s not good for you, but I have done it before. I didn t chew gum though, I just drank lots of water, took vitamins (small vitamins because the bigger ones made me sick since I had an empty stomach) and I lost a lot of weight. I was stupid though. It costs you in the long run and it throws your body off.

DONT DO THAT! just eat balanced meals and cut out saturated fat and cut way back on sugar. eat lots of fruits and veggies.drink water instead of pop. get plenty of fiber and whole grains. what you are discribing is unhealthy and it can make your metabolism slow down and actually cause you to retain fat.

well the best advice i can give is dont do it not nessisarly cuz its bad but becuz you dont really lose weight. when you starve you self your stomac feeds on the fat that you have which is what makes you lose some weight.but then it eats away at you mucles! which is very bad!!if you wanna lose weight really fast do cardiac dances!!

Why 2weeks?If you have an event you must have had some notice.If you are on a timer just eat toast with cheese,cereal and drink milk.That will divert your hunger and you could eat less food and you won t be hungry all the time.And Excersise.Good Luck.

Fruits, vegetables, low carbs, protein, and exercise. Take a vitamin pill everyday. If you don t eat, you can plan on fainting, headaches, and upsetting your body make up.

Try the 3 day dieet, type it into any search engen and youll find it. I use it with 1 day rest in between and then dieet for 3 days again and i lost 7.5 kg in that week.Good Luck

yea ur gnna pass out if u do dat at least eat a fruit or vegetable and chewing gum makes everything worse when you r hungry so dont chew gum

Starving yourself will only make it more difficult to lose weight.

this is completely idiotic dont even do this, just eat healthy foods. in small ammounts so you get vitamins.

If you skip the water you will lose weight even faster!
