Well, you re not going to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks without surgery. Also, 5 6 and 155...you shouldn t have to lose 40 pounds. I think that s a very unhealthy goal. For me, losing weight is more about the diet rather than the exercise. Watch what you are eating...it may surprise you. The only thing that you can do is to flush out your system with fiber (what most would call a detox - but it s not really a full detox)...you can lose a lot of weight that way but it s either waste build up or water weight...not fat.
It��s npt possible to lose that much fat in two weeks. You should start exercising, just by doing that you will feel so much better. Walking is great i lost a lot of weight with that.
