How do i lose weight fast and easy? -

what is an easy way to lose weight without using pills or going on a proper diet?? cause its really bugging me i really want to lose weight and FAST! so what should i do??????

you can t unless you want something that will cut your life extremely short like liposuction or those pills. For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction - remember that quote. In this case it s no pain no gain.. gonna have to work out hard for awhile

I disagree with all these answers I weighed 240 lbs. 2 months ago. I was in the same boat didn t want to take diet pills or go on a diet. I started playing basketball everyday for 30 days. 3 hours a day and I lost down to 210 lbs. I told my friend about it and she is trying it and she has lost 15 lbs. in 3 weeks.

drop sugar, reduce carbs, excercise, and remember what goes away fast can come back fast, so it is slow steady weight loss that you should try for instead of instant quick fixes.

I found that by giving up soda, which I drank at least once per day, and by doing simple exercises for 30 minutes every other day, I lost weight quickly! If candy is on your menu, you should cut that out too. I bet it will make a difference as well.

If you don t want a lot of problems. I suggest you try the healthy way. Besides that. It is the only proven way to keep weight off. Stay away from soda. ( I lost 20 lbs fast like that) (depending on what you call fast). Drink lots of water, exercise, eat smaller portions.
