realistically you can lose 3lsb a weeki knwo cause i do thisyou have to exercise a loti exercise compulivley maybe 3 hours a dayan dyou have to count caloriesno matter what anyone says count them or atleast trystop eating refined carbs liek white bread and pasta stop fizzy drinks try to be healthy about ti an dinstead of chocolate have fruit.. tis hard for the first 2 weeks but you will feel healthier an dhappier with yourself and you will notice a differnt in your appearance drastically and thats what makes you want to keep persaveeering

Meaning you d need to either starve yourself completely (no food) and burn of 1700 calories a day (Which equates to around 5 hours of moderate paced running) or eat normally and burn 2500 calories at the gym (about 9 hours of running).See how this just isn t possible? Unless you re extremely overweight, a loss greater than 1.5lbs a week is fairly impossible... At your weight, more than 1lb a week is practically impossible... And you d be aiming for 2.5lbs a week.
