I do know of one way but it takes 30-45 days. But last time I posted it as an answer on a yahoo question it go reported as a solicitation violation... which it wasn t... but anyway if you re interested to know, email me. I did it for, I think 32 or 33 days, and lost 25 lbs. Put 5 back on, and maintained a loss of 20 for nearly a year. I m pregnant now so I m starting to slowly see it creep back on though! Eek!
