Whats the best way to lose weight fast without having an eating disorder? lol? -

Run as much as you can...at least for 20 minutes or if you walk-and-run then for a half hour. You ll notice a difference quickly--even if a lot is just water weight you sweat out.

The four fastest ways to lose weight:1) You will need to make sure you eat every 2 to 3 hours during the day. First, start your day right by having a great and healthy breakfast. Don t skip breakfast. It s the most important meal of the day. Breakfast will keep your metabolism firing so that it will burn calories during the whole day. This is also true when you eat every 2 to 3 hours. By you doing this you will keep you metabolism up and it will keep burning calories for you. Also, by eating often, you will feel much fuller so that when you sit down to have your meals, you will eat less food.2) Controlling your eating is important too! You don t necessarily have to eat everything on your plate. You will need to control your portion sizes. If you go eat out to restaurants, make sure you don t go to buffets. The urge to eat a lot is definitely present. If you do find you have a lot of food on your plate, ask if you can take the left overs home with you in a doggy bag. Also, when you are eating at home, try using smaller plates so that you can fill your plate with less food. Also, try using dark blue plates, which the dark color will help suppress your appetite. Don t use red, orange, or yellow colored plates, because these colors will increase your appetite and cause you to eat a lot more.3) Drink a lot of water. You should try to drink 8 or more glasses of water a day. The water will keep you hydrated and help flush toxins out of your body. Also, try drinking a full glass of water right before you eat a meal. This will make you feel full, so you won t feel like eating a lot at your meal. A great tip is to drink ice cold water. Your body will actually burn more calories, because it has to warm itself up, therefore using up more energy! Drink only water, don t resort to drinking juices or soda pop. These drinks are loaded with sugar and calories.4) You need to exercise. Make sure to be doing at least 30 minutes a day of cardiovascular and weight training exercises. The weight training exercises will build your muscles and burn a lot more calories than just doing aerobics. Your metabolism rate will increase greatly by doing kinds of exercises.

Diet and exercise. And eating disorders don t work fast. Since your starving yourself your body tries to hold on to all your fat, so it would actually take a long time to actually lose weight with an eating disorder.

I found an online diet generator that did the trick for me. It s about $30, you can download it instantly, and they offer a refund for 60 days if you re not satisfied, yadda yadda yadda...anyways, it s worth it - you re silly if you don t check it out. Here s how it works: Instead of counting calories, or measuring portions, you trick your sluggish metabolism into overdrive with weird combination s of food. You might have roast beef deli slices and skim milk, or boiled eggs and peanuts. You can have ALL YOU WANT of these foods at the prescribed time, just don t eat until you feel like you are going to pop. You eat until you feel satisfied and comfortable. You pick the foods on your diet in a diet generator program on your computer. You eat every 2 1/2 hours; and you eat four meals, not three. They claim you can lose 9 pounds every 11 days or so. My first 9 days on this diet, I lost 13 lbs, my 2nd week I lost 7 lbs...so over all, 20 lbs in two 1/2 weeks and i never felt hungry. Worth the $30 or so for the diet if you ask me. I ve only been on this diet for 2 1/2 weeks or so now, but I feel GREAT. I feel lighter on my feet, more energetic..I don t know how to explain it honestly, it s just an awesome feeling!Anywyas, I hope I don t sound like an ad for them or something - i m just speaking from experience, I Used to be a fat guy, got thin after doing my own research on dieting, etc. I lost 45 lbs in 2 1/2 months, i d like to think i know about dieting. :)Anyways, Check it out here! http://www.fat-loss-4-morons.infoGood luck, and let me know how it goes! :-)Jeff
