What is the best way to lose weight fast? -

im 150 pound and 5 f 7 inch ,i wana lose wiegh fast for a vacation ...please if anyone can help

Count the calories you eat and don t exceed over 2000. Exercise a lot, swimming is great. Try to not drink too much soda, and don t eat too many fattening things. (For breakfast have fruit and cereal, not pancakes etc., for lunch have water and not soda, mayonnaise is fattening)
