I cant stop thinking about food.. but i need to lose weight. how can i lose weight with out binging? -

i need to lose weight fast but i think of food too much... im a ballerina and i need to lose 15 lbs in 5 weeks.. i weigh 115 and im 5 3 but its hard, i start on my diet, after two days i mess it up cause i think of food too much so i binge but i keep eating even when im not hungry... how can i stop thinking about food?

You don t have to stop thinking about food to lose weight. You need to eat smarter to lose weight. Eat foods high in protein like fish and lean meats along with plenty of fruits and veggies. Stay away from empty calorie foods like potato chips and other junk food . Drink plenty of water and cut out any sodas you may drink throughout the day. Eating smarter along with your daily exercising will help you get the extra pounds off safely.

Get busy, go for a walk, run/jog around the block, mow the lawn, read a book ... keep the mind occupied with something else. Idleness will make you think of food all the time.Enjoy the outdoors, go fishing, take a hike ... things like that... Its all up to you
