How can i lose weight fast? -

i am 14 i weight 138 and mosly belly fat i need to lose weight before school which is an a week in a half i live near a pool and a park how can i lose at least 5-10 lbs thank u

Try jumping rope for 6 minutes straight,then do 50 sit ups and run for at least 15 minutes,u have to do this dailyu also have to cut any bad eating habits that you have,so instead of chips try an apple,instead of soda try water
