Best way is a good diet of portioning correctly and exercise. It must be routine. And trust me you don t want to lose it fast. You could end up with sagging skin. You d be amazed at how routine exercising and portioning can shape you up.

working out regularly and watching what you eat. cutting down carb. (fast food and unhealthy foods) and start adding more vegies, fruits. You have got to work really hard to lose weight fast. start running. it is great and the only way you can lose weight fast because it is a full body workout. running is the best. I lost a lot of weight by just running and eating healthy. run for like at least 45 min, three days a week. it works awesome.
