How to lose weight int he stomach area? -

i know i don t weigh alot but im like 90-93 lbs and i m 14 years old. i run everyday about 10 miles a day. but my body is not losing anyweight. i m not looking skinnier. and im trying to do all that i can to be skinny. i have alot of muscle in my legs but my stomach and arms are huge. how should i help my stomach? arms? help please =)

First of all, don t worry about the weight scale too much. Unless you are 2 feet tall, nobody who weighs under 100 lbs is huge dear.Do ab exercises if you want to firm your tummy muscles. You didn t mention your height but there s no way you are overweight if you run 10 miles a day.FYI: Skinny is NOT attractive

you are too young to be worrying about that. 90 lbs is pretty skinny, my niece is 120 and she is very small, so if your only 90 lbs, you should nt be trying to loose anymore weight. If you wanna tighten up those arms, just use a 3lb dumb and do some curls.

Now the thing here is: are you really as large as you say you are or is your perception of what is the ideal body so distorted that you only falsely believe you are over weight?

wooow. um if you weight like 90 pounds you need to gain wait, hun. How tall are you? And don t just post this stuff to brag about how skinny you are. Nobody cares. Either your anorexic or or narcissistic.

STOP STOP STOP.You DO NOT need to lose weight.If you re looking at magazines thinking you have to look like those girls in there..STOP NOW.You will look anorexic if you lose weight..And anorexic does not look pretty or hot..Please..stop..you re still young..just eat healthy..

If that s the case you don t need to lose any more weight. For goodness sake, just be happy with how your body is. Not everyone looks like models, and not everyone can.

Please eat more that sounds like you are too skinny, just try toning your arms by doing push ups or using light weights, also do sit ups to tone your stomach you don t want to lose weight just tone..Good Luck!

Why in the world do you want to lose weight, stop killing yourself. Do some crunches for your stomach and stop stressing.

Talk to your parents, because you have a psychological problem.

Sit-ups. Perticapate in Gym class.
