What can you eat to lose weight faster? -

you could try to do a water fast for a week and then eat fruit and veggies fresh is best for two days then water fast again for a week but if that is two hard then fast on water for 4 days and then eat fruit and veggies freshfor 1 day then continue you wait might take two day to show improvementbut once it starts it will come off quickly but stay away from all foods and drink except water and only fruit and veggies after the water fast and a fast like this is hard to do you need to rest a lot and i would recommend taking a multivitamin. good luck for you you can do it.

fruits and proteins. proteins are in eggs, nutscut carbs and count ur calories depends on how much weight will depends on how many calories u need to eat a day
