How to lose weight quickly? -

there is detox diet my girl did and she has a real hard time losing weight and she lost 8lbs in one week just changing her eating. What it is like, you have all this crap in your body right now and it is like changing you oil filter for yourself. No proteins for the first week and the second week you can eat three proteins a day. You can t have any oils, fat, bad carbs, drinking lots of water. Nothing but veggies and fruits. I am not going to right down the list but it your basic list of stuff. Be diligent and as much as you want, don t add anything. Plain is how you have to eat it. Think about it you can be fat the rest of your life be healthy for a couple weeks is all going to help you live. I have lost 90 lbs before and have disagreed with every system she has tried and she has a hard time losing cause she has PCOS, This one is the 1st one that worked in 8 years.

You need to boost your metabolism in order to lose weight quickly. Try to research foods which help do just that and look for regimens to keep it stable.

Start running or jogging at least 5 times a week for an hour. Cut down on greasy foods and sweets. Start eating more wheats and fruits and veggies. DRiNK LOTS OF WATER!! Do 100 crunches or sit ups at night and get lots of rest.
