Does anyone know any excersises that could help me lose weight fast? -

If you want to lose fat fast, you have to do more than excercising. You should also think about eating healthier. Foods you should eat are vegetables (as much as you want) fruit, complex carbohydrates, lean meats and water. And cut all the crap out, like junk food, soda, fruit juices, processed foods, canned foods. As for exercising, start out slow and work your way up or else you re gonna end up quitting as soon as you start. Good exercises to do though is jogging, swimming, jump roping, boxing, pretty much any cardio exercises. You should also consider weight training because the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.

Lots of cardio, cut back 500 calories a day, strength training, water and lots of it

If you want to loose 10 pounds of ugly fat...chop off your head. LOL

i recomed runnig and run about a mile or 2 a day , play some basketball, swiming all the thing tha make you sweat

sit-ups are good for the tummy area.. walking is good. jumping-jacks. weights.

How fast are we talking, here? The most you really want to lose in a week for effective weight loss is about 2 lbs. I d suggest walking or some sort of cardio for 30 minutes every day, strength training (lifting weights- helps burn fat), and drinking lots of water. Really, just walking every day makes a big difference.
