How to lose weight for me? -

i m male, 15 - weigh 180lbs or 81kg. i want to get to 150lbs by losing 30 lbs by the end of summer, starting about now. how much should i eat, and how much exercise should i do???

Try not to count calories. If you eat a balanced diet you will slowly loss fat and it wont return 10 fold. I am attaching a weight reducing healthy eating plan. It s proberbly bad foods that make you feel sluggish, keep up your metabolism with exercise. There are no excesses of anything in it and its a eating plan that is easily followed all the time. Using this plan should see you loss about 4 to 6 lbs in week 1 and then about 2lb each week there after. At some point, and we are all different, you will stop lossing weight. This is your body adjusting itself and after about 2 weeks you will start again to loss excess weight. If you are loosing more than 2 lb a week then you should up your food intake. 2lb is a healthy weight loss and is far more likely to stay off. Remember that one slip up need be only that. If you really want to eat something then do. Never deny yourself to the extent that this is like a punishment. Remember your 5 a day fruit and veg, and 3 a day whole grain.Eat plenty of fruit and fresh veg and salad.Start your day if you can with a bowl of porridge as this is a slow release food, or a banana with a wholemeal roll, no butter or spread needed.Avoid added sugars and sugary treats as these will cause cravings, use artificial sweeteners in hot drinks, try honey and if you have to drink cola s and stuff make sure they are diet.Drink plenty of water.Eat lean meat and fish.Eat Jacket potatoes or new potatoes, skins included as they are a source of fiber, no butter or mayo.Avoid white bread try seedy wholemeal, really tasty and filling.Drinking cranberry juice helps to clean you kidneys and flush away toxins. If you are craving something sweet first have a drink of water and have a portion of dried fruit. If you eat sensibly you shouldn t need to count calories, its easier to watch you intake of fats.Go swimming twice a week.Walk briskly twice a week.If your energetic then do more. but I think 45 mins 4 times a week is about average to speed up the metabolism.

Dieting during adolescence is not a good idea as that is a good start to have to dieting for the rest of you life. So, my advice would be: eat three times a day.Like a king for breakfastLike a prince for dinnerLike a poor for supper.Try to avoid ham/cheese...burgers, fries (or one a week for example), if you eat bacon for breakfast, fry it WITHOUT butter or any other fat - bacon is fat enough for frying in its own fat. Also avoid chips, pop corn, sodas, etc.You will lose weight, slowly but certainly. On the other hand, there is an old proverb that says:Wake up at 5,Breakfast at 9,Dinner at 5,Sleepint at 9;Makes you live till age 99Good luck!

There is no easy or fastest way to lose weight. It can be quite simple if you follow the correct program. The combination of exercise and the correct amount of food (types of foods like protein, carbs and fat are not all the same) will help you get the results you want. You need a good balance excellent nutrition and a weight training program. There are lots of programs to follow that make it so simple.Check out this program http://www.sixpackseeker.com it will take you through every aspect of fat burning and some of the bigger myths etc. It helped me but it may not be suitable for a 15 year old, although it might be!!

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.Nothing other than water in between. No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free. Be patient and not in a hurry. U cannot choose spots for reduction. This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
