Is there a way to lose weight fast and easy? -

im 5 2, 16 and 101 lbs. im a cheerleader to. so i do get plenty of exercise. i have OCD so i have having my weight at odd numbers. and i just feel that 1 extra pound is so un-necassary and i feel huge. do you think fasting for a day or two would help?

Uh... you don t need to lose any weight. 101 at 5 2 is thin.

I don t think you should worry about a pound. There are more important things in life, truly, to focus on. I would advise you to take your focus off of yourself.Bless you.

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast.
