How can I lose weight fast? -

fast... ? well i dont know about fast but...drink plenty of water, stay away from white breads and corn, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, stay away from junk food and soda, exercise and be more active. lower your calorie intake by some and just exercise more.i m trying to lose 20 pounds in 5 months, which seems reasonable because that s 1 pound loss per week. they say that if you lose a lot of weight too quickly, it ll just come back later plus more weightgood luck :D

I think the first answer is about right if you reduce your calories and up your exercise you are bound to start losing. I also think it is important not to be too hard on yourself don t punish yourself for having a bad day just make an effort to make the next one a really good one because sometimes a little bit of what you fancy might be all you need to kick start your metabolism again. Cutting bread out and eating food with high water content often works too, o and having a buddy to join you is even better, but so true as already said if it comes off toooo fast it can sometimes go back on even faster. It sometimes helps to go and brush your teeth, go for a walk, grab a large glass of cold water or even just give a friend a ring when you feel those food cravings starting to raise their ugly heads. Sometimes it is important to be willing to make life changes that will stay with you such as cooking styles, portion sizes and healthier options in order to keep it off too. I am eight and a half month pregnant and will be taking on some of my own and other peoples advice on getting back into shape as soon as the baby is born, good luck I will soon be joining you
