Will eating one meal a day help me lose weight? -

I am only eating one meal a day at 4:00 starting today I need to know will this help me lose weight also if I like walk up the street and have sex? Will I lose weight faster?

No, you need to have small meals a day, just one meal a day will slow your metabolism down, whereas the 3 or 4 small meals will keep your metabolism going at a steady pace. Walking is a good idea, but walk far away and then back because then you have to walk back, like you ensure that you walk long, instead of going aroudn your house 10 times, you might quit out at 5, but walking far away, you have to walk back home. Cut out processed foods from your diet as well, think chicken breast cooked in olive oil with steamed veggies, or a bowl of oatmean and fresh fruits.

You will be thinner if you eat breakfast too, why starve yourself of the food you need? well you will burn calories walking and having sex but i doubt you can do it at the same time

No, not necessarily. During a day your best bet is to eat 5 small meals. Like, for breakfast you eat some eggs, then after breakfast you eat a piece of fruit, then for lunch, eat a tuna sandwich, and after lunch you eat some vegetables... then for dinner... well I know dinner is a hard one because you want to indulge yourself. So I would say to go with either seasoned boiled chicken, or fish as an entree, steamed (not boiled) vegetables, and some wheat pasta with maybe a vinaigrette on it. Also, don t just walk down the street and have sex... lol... you ll get yourself in trouble that way. But yes, sex is good exercise... that is if your not the one laying down the whole time and waiting for it to be over. In my opinion the best exercise you could do is swimming. Swimming works out every muscle in your body. And when your not exercising and your just at school, work, the store, whatever! Just flex your muscles over and over again. That will strengthen your ab muscles, gluts, thigh, calf, shoulder, etc etc when your just doing your every day life.p.s. I have read that consuming a lot of fiber is the best natural way to lose weight. So you can go out and buy those containers with the powder that you can put into anything. I use benefiber and put it in everything I eat or drink. Aaaaaaand... they usually range from 5-$16. I hope this helped!!

You will probably lose weight , but not as fast as you would , eating three meals aday because it keeps you system working. If you reverse your eating eat supper in the morning, and breakfast at supper time, it gives you the day to work off the heavier, meal , and your lighter meal being breakfast will digest better over night . If you eat the same amount to as when you eat three times, the answer is no... Is better to eat in small amounts than in one big amount. But if you eat one small meal, the answer is yes. Having sex often and walking will help too!Dont forget about your health.

eat littlemeals all day. One big meal wouldnt hurt, but it is best if you eat like a Special K bar or a Slim Fast bar for lunch, and maybe a breakfast one. This way your not taking in anything bad but you metabolisim is still working and it is working off the old fat. Walking will always help, I suppose sex would too, but if you get pregnant, then you will have alot more to worry about then weight loss! Also losing baby weight is alot harder then fat from fast food. If you dont have any medical problems that cause you to gain weight and your not natually a larger person then eating right and walking will help alot...

No you wont. Because basically you ll starve your body and it ll go into starvation mode. So basically everything you eat, your body will hold more of the fat because it will try to keep as much out of that meal to last your body till the next one!That s absolutely the worst thing you can do.Also if you only eat once a day your metabolism will become slower too.Face it girl, there is no easy way to loose weight! Just think, if it s that easy its too good to be true!
