Losing weight quickly? -

My cousin s wedding is in about a month, and I am maid of honor. It shall be a huge occasion, and there are going to be a lot of my extended family and friends there, along with hot guys... Anyway, I want to look good in my dress... but I have a belly pooch and my thighs are somewhat... chunky. Yeah, yeah, exercises are all good, but I m also a student, so I don t have much daily time either. I guess you could say that I belly dance and walk (quite a lot) everyday. But, how could I alter my diet to make myself lose weight? I ve been fasting sometimes, and some are religiously oriented, others just for weight loss... I ve been having intermittent desires to purge that last fatty meal, but I know it s very bad for me.So, what are good ways and tips for me to get lean(er) in about a month?

Find a penis, and only eat what comes out of it. Besides, having a nice shiny dress will look good.

Fasting (to my knowledge) doesn t help you lose weight because when you don t eat anything your body trys to store fat.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach!
