I am a girl of 56 and i weight 180. i need to lose weight fast...i have been working out in threadmill? -

I work out inthe thread mill 4 days for 30 minutes and i dont see any changes... does anyone know how i can lost weight.. i tried everything. help me plz.....

Exercise is great, but you need to eat healthy as well. Lots of water, fruits, and vegetables along with 3 balanced meals every day is what u need!

run at five times a weak and keep turning up the speed and time every by half a mile faster and five minutes longer. try two times a day for three days a week and the other two days once a day but on the once a days do sit ups push ups and other thing of this matter what ever is comfortable for u to do. you wont see changes until about the second week don t weigh your self until the second week and eat smart you will see changes your doing good

Keep doing what your doing...it will show if you don t stop.

wrap yourself with seran wrap on your stomache it will make you sweat while your running and now that its been a while of you running try it for 1hour a day and watch what your eating cut down on calories dont eat to much cuz you will only be balancing it out u need to work out and loose more calories than what your consuming!! hope this helps good luck

Well, there s your problem. You re sewing instead of running on a TREADMILL.Keep running. That s all you can do. It s take 3,500 calories BURNED to lose a pound of fat. Try increasing the amount of time that you run up to an hour.
