I really want to lose weight in a healthy way QUICKLY please give me any tips.? -

I want to lose weight fast and healthy please any bosy have ideas ?

Start walking, cut out all junk food, cut out all white foods like white rice, potatoes, white bread, eat only whole grains, bran, and make sure you get atleast 35 grams of fiber everyday, no sweet drinks just water.

I once weighed 340 plus pounds and I do not know how quickly you want to lose but I lost 200 pounds in about 9 months. That is too quick. The way that I lost 50 pound recently is by staying away from fried foods, carbonated drinks, and all sweets that have a lot of fat in them. I also drink green tea and I never take diet pills. I take fish oil capsules and green tea caplets. Make sure it is alright for you to take these things. I have Lupus and can only use a stepper 15 minutes a day but that really helps but remember muscle is heavier than fat and you may lose weight then gain but lose inches when you start toning up. Good luck. I also love dairy foods and have to get plenty of sleep or I gain back.

well it s not really healthy to lose weight quickly, and if you do, most will end up being water weight. a couple pounds a month should be your target...

1. Reconsider proportions. The avg American eats 2x as large of proportions as needed. It is better to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day than 3 large meals. Try to avoid eating lesser than 5 hours before bed time.2. Eliminate the nasty food. Get rid of the drive through. Get rid of the preservatives. Stop eating boxed and (most) frozen foods. Git rid of High Fructose Corn Syrup (check the label). The best way to ensure what you re eating is healthy is to buy at a store that focuses on Organic foods. Also, shop the perimeter (outside) of the stores. That means fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, dairy. Try to eliminate milk and soy milk. They don t help with calcium anyhow! This will help eliminate the nasty ingredients that you re poisoning yourself with. Add a lot of water to your diet to help flush out the nasties that you do come into contact with. You should drink x oz of water where x = your weight / 2. If you weight 140 lbs, you should drink 70 oz of water per day.3. Stimulate your metabolism. Many people start gaining weight after they graduate high school. That s because their metabolism is depleted because they become less active. Start working out with cardio and aerobic exercise. determine your target pulse and work with it!

Well the basic gist of it is you dont need to waste all the money on the stupid diets. All you need to do, is get a diary. Then on each day write down everything you are eating. Cut out all, White foods, ie Breads, Potato and anything white with lots of carbs. Remove all Sugars, and drinks apart from water and eat fruit. Then as you are eating each item, make sure they are smaller portions then usual, and write each one down, while reading the packaging of the product to work out the Calories, in each thing you eat. If you keep your calories below 1000 a day, you will loose between half a kilo and a kilo a week. You will also speed this up by doing excersise every day. Now dont lie to yourself in your diary, just be honest and at the end of each day looks back on it and see what you can improve on for the next. =)be sure to drink 2 litres of water a day and DONT SKIP MEALS, just keep them small, regular and HEALTHY!!!Hope that helps
