how do i loose weight without any excersizing what should i eat or do. i wanna do it fast

Why don t you want to exercise? Exercise is good for you. Don t be lazy.

I believe that exercising is the most healthy way for you to lose weight. Those pills that you see on tv are very unhealthy for you. If you look online or ask a trainer near by about an exercise program you would be surprised on how non-time consuming it can be. It would probably only take 15-30 minutes out of your daily schedule.

cut waaayyy back on eating.i know what everyone says itwill put your body in starvationmode and your body will stop burningfat...blah blah blah but thats what i didand lost 15lbs. in less than a month.ONLY WATER!NO fast food!NO junk snacking! fruit or veg. only!cut back on portions, eat foods lowin calories like lean cuisine tv dinners,cereal (special K is good), oatmeal,sandwhich, salad, just not anythingsuper fattening.
