Any Diets that are really good, and can make me lose weight fast!? -

I dont want the diets where you have to order stuff or buy a special cookbook or whatever, just the diets where you have to but all the food at the store. help please!

All diets that work boil down to how many calories you are taking in per day vs. how many you are spending per day.So a very very basic and easy diet that will work as well as any you can pay for is this. Eat anything you want as long as you keep your calories per day around or below 2000. Add in some exercise if you want to speed things up and there you have it. Also 6 or more small meals are better than 3 but I am not sure how much that matters if you are on this kind of diet. Any diet you find is going to boil down to this simple principle

just lay off the sugar and bread for a while and u should start to see the pounds melt away....u may want to try tabo,,,it is a great workout!

To loose weight in one day:::You have to eat five-six apples a day and nothing else.Its hard for me,, but it works.

just exercise and eat everything in moderation.

Sure, it s called the healthy food and exercise diet. Works wonders. :)Try doing 30 min. of exercise per day along with eating approx. 1800 calories. Step the exercise up to 1 hour gradually, then to 90 min. if you think you can handle it / if you have time. Keep it at 1800 calories, and if you start doing 90 min. of exercise daily, a good 2000 calories. Make sure they re not empty calories. Choose celery over cookies, carrots over cake, etc. It s all right to have a little sweet stuff or indulgence, just don t overdo it.This will really help you drop pounds! Stick to it! You won t see instant results, but instead of losing weight drastically and gaining it all back, you ll keep it off.Best of luck. :)

Yeah, it s called the food pyramid.

My all time favorite one is eat-less-food-and-exercise more diet. It never fails.

run 3-5 miles a day and only eat subway , fruit, and vitamin water
