GO VEGETARIAN!Zomg. So many people ask how do I lose weight . Its amazing how many people are starving themselves or paying for plans that may or may not work.STOP COUNTING CALORIES PEOPLE! Meat has straight up FAT in it. If you stop eating it, you are cutting down a huge percentage of your fat intake. Substitute protein you are missing out on with tofu and texturized protein. Even veggie burgers etc. DON T STARVE YOUR SELF! The more you eat, the better your metabolism you get. You know what makes it better? Exercise! Do leg lifts, life small weights at home! Do jumping jacks! Just simple little things will help you.I m 5 3 and I used to weight 125lbs. A few months after being vegetarian I went down to 110. I didn t mean to lose weight, it just happened. Now I fluctuate between 105 and 110.I DON T EVEN EXERCISE! Imagine your results if you added light exercise! HOLY MOLEY. SEXY BODY COMIN THRU!If you go vegetarian, make sure to take multi vitamins too!

If you combine other foods you can get good vegetable protein without tofu. For one thing you can get some from dairy products if you aren t going vegan. MEAT DOES NOT CONTAIN FAT U IDIOT!!!! meat contains protein and is good for ur body. specially red meat and skinless chicken. depends wat meat u eat. of u eat bacon and fried stuff than yes FAT FAT FAT, but if u eat steaks and tuna and chicken and salmon than u hav nothing to worry about, u can only gain muscle and feel good. get ur facts strait
