Well beggers cannot be choosers! SO you need to get on a work out routine and eat in moderation all foods you enjoy: no gorging on cookies now(just one or two- enough to satisfy the craving!)As for the excersice....walking! Thats all it takes! A little extra walking in the day helps the pounds fly off! Trust me on this one!

You can shed a few pounds over the weekend with fasting and purging (the ex-lax and prune juice method one of your other answerers suggested). I don t especially like to work out, either, but I walk several miles every day with my dog. impossible, you re either gonna have to work out or eat healthier food, or better yet do both, if you really want to lose weight, you re gonna have to do at least one of those, if you do both you will lose weight faster

I think prune juice might work. But I don`t know about eating.

Uh you won t get very far.The key is to burn off more calories than you take in. So you sitting on your butt and eating chips isn t going to work.
