How Can I Lose Weight Fast But Be Healthy Doing It? -

I am about 9 stone. And only 17/18.. and i am about 5ft 3..

I don t think loosing weight fast is generally healthy. The best thing to do is start a good exercise program and stay on a healthy low calorie meal plan. You can make it happen!Good luck!

Getting to a HEALTHY weight, with a healthy body fat level for your gender and age, and with a fully balanced and healthy lifestyle is very easy. You only need to do two things, eat healthy and excercise.First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn t mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn t mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.Secondly you do need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up by increasing your metabolism. This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

Congrats on your decision to live a healthier lifestyle...you should be very proud of yourself!!!The ONLY safe and effective way to lose weight is Eat Less + Move More = long term healthier weightIf you think of it as a diet every time you eat something you probably shouldn t have then you will think of it as a failure, so throw that notion out the window. Also, if you put yourself on a restrictive diet when you have lost the weight and regain normal eating you will gain the weight back. You need to make changes that you can live with forever. The easiest things to change are portion control. If you normally eat a quarter pounder and large fry, throw half of the burger away and eat a small fry. At home put less on your plate and don t go back for seconds. Just cutting back on how much you eat of the same stuff will cause you to lose weight. If you are craving sweets then eat half of a cupcake instead of all of it.Second, start making healthier choices. Low fat cheese, sour cream, butter is better than regular. Baked chips instead of fried. A baked potato instead of fries. Snack on fruit and veggies instead of junk. Stock up on stuff that is easy to make and healthy. (100 calorie packs, canned broth based soups, veggies). Third, if you are hungry it is more likely you will make the wrong choices on food. Instead of eating three big meal, eat all day...just eat the right stuff. A good rule of thumb for main meals is to divide your plate into 1/4th. 1/4 should be protein (meat, cheese, beans)1/4 should be carbs (potato, bread)1/2 should be veggies (salad or green beans, carrots, peas, etc)I HATE salad. But I have found with the right dressing (Honey Catalina, Thousand Island with Bacon) craisins and small amount of walnuts it is edible. Do not pour the dressing on the salad, just dip your fork into it before each bite. You will use A LOT less and still have the flavor in every bite.Good Luck, email me anytime for support!

At 5ft 3 and 9 stone why do you want to lose any weight?Short answer to your question is: you can t! I ve tried every lose weight quick solution going and (trust me on this) once you stop the regime the weight and more besides comes piling back onThe only way to lose weight healthily and keep it off is to eat less and be more active, there s no magic formula

Get 30min-60min of cardio/aerobics. 5 Times a week (but start off slow) Once you have done that and lost the weight move to doing lots of crunches and leg lifts to tone your trouble spots. Along with cutting out all junk food, eating lots of vegitable and other negative calories. Also make sure that when you eat meat you are eating very low fat, lean meat. Try to start walking/running as well. Good Luck!

If you`re gone shopping, push the shopping basket while you`re walking for forty-five minutes. If you consume chili twice per day, you may burn 100 calories. Playing the piano for forty-one minutes or taking a walk for fifty-one minutes are also good ways to lose the excess of calories after a meal. The benefic effects of green tea are well known, and drinking three cups of green tea in a period of twenty-four hours may help you burn 100 calories. Riding the bike for twenty minutes or having a massage for almost two hours are relaxing activities that make you burn 100 calories. I read about this at http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.p

In short, go and look at www.lookgreatnakedchallenge.comEven if you don t take part in the challenge, you can get free advice on the Elimination Diet - basically a period of only eating good, fresh, healthy food and avoiding any nasties. After that you slowly reintroduce things to figure out what really agrees with you on a clean system.Exercising alongside good nutrition is the way forward for weight loss but avoid just doing long cardio workouts as that actually elevates your cortisol (stress hormone). Instead go for shorter, slightly more intense workouts and keep cardio shorter too with some interval training in there ifyou can.It s all pretty simple; it s just a matter of sticking to it. Hard to argue with eat clean and exercise to moderate intensity though.

Eat a healthy diet of mainly complex carbs, lean protein and unsaturated fats. Drop the deep fry completely.Exercise briskly 5-6 days a week, you ll learn to love it and start to feel fantastic in a couple of short weeks.Have a read of my 5 simple steps to fat loss, you can download it here http://www.lose-fat-get-fit.com/how-to-l

on average 1-2 pounds a weeks. I am not sure how that is converted to stones. But 6 small meals and I mean small meals a day, and exercising 3 to 5 times a week, whether walking to weight training to cardio exercising.
