you will not be losing fat with 5 lbs a week. realistic weight loss is 2 pounds a week maximum. if you lose 5 pounds, much of it will be water (70% of your body is made of it) and muscle. you want to make sure you re burning FAT. ignore the scale, lots of times when you work out you are losing fat but it s being replaced with useful muscle (muscle burns 5x more calories than fat) so your metabolism will speed up. Yet, the scale won t show that much a change. You should look at how your clothes fit, they are the best indicator of weight loss. Make sure you eat whole wheat carbs (most of it during the day), lots of lean proteins and vegetables, cut out sugar, take multivitamins, have oatmeal for breakfast, and 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise at least 5 times a week, min 30 minutes each time with additional good stretching and you will be leading yourself to a lifestyle that will make you live longer and healthier. Walk walk walk. That s the key to losing weight. You don t want to starve yourself. Don t eat so much crap. Avoid junk food and pepsi, and substitute in loads of fruit and vegetables. And get out walking chicka. That s how u do it.You should eat 5 to 10 daily servings of fruits and vegetables, are u getting that now??Good luck, and no eating after 8pm.
no, its not healthy to loose 5 lbs a week, you can maximum loose 1-2 lbs a week. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, eat 1 meal a day high in proteins.. and excercise 1hr a day. I wish u best of luck...
I agree with miranda. you can t loose 5 pounds a week it s impossible but I think that you shouldn t really worry about weight loss. unless if it is possing a mager health risk then you shouldn t try to loose weight. I honestly think that if you are confortable with who you are then what s the point in trying to make everyone else happy? As long as you are happy that s all that matters. and to sick of life ....no not everyone tries to do that.....matter of a fact I hate britney and lohan.....I think that they are both terrible roll modles on how teens should look.....but they do show us how we aren t suppose to look. so I hope that every girl in the word learns from what they are doing and don t go out and do it themselves...God help us all if we have anymore lohans, spears, or paris hyltons......no offense to their fans.
