Do lot of abdominal exercises (dont forget the obliques) and a calorie controlled diet. we use www.calorieking.com.au and it works really well.You want to please him! He better be pleasing you back! If he is a decent man, he will love you the way you are... otherwise he isn t the one for you, so move on. You could be wasting precious time on him and missing out on meeting mr right!
I call this the Rick diet: It s actually not a diet. It s just a philosophy on dieting. Counting calories, reading labels, and all that stuff is too much work. You re bound to cheat or forget to do it. Telling yourself you re going to eat healthy is too vague of a statement. The best thing to do is set specific goals. I suggest tackling two or three at a time of the following:-Nothing deep fried (Everyone should do this one)-No Red Meat-No mayonaise or mayonaise based sauces/dressings-No soda-No cheese-No candyWith these simple goals, no knowledge is needed on nutritional info. This may not be as quick as a rice and beans diet, but you can still eat good foods and lose weight. I lost ten pounds in one week by not eating anything deep fried and no red meat.
do it for yourself not someone else,but if you want, go tothe sports store and get the wheel,it will knock sparks in you,and eat a lot of salads for like a week, twice a day, and try to stay away from breads..

It s all about eating smart. Cut out hydrogenated vegetable oils from your diet (this will help tremendously), reduce the amount of bread you eat, and exercise regularly.Crunches and jumping jacks, when done enough, can help tone your body as well as burn fat. You just have to make sure that you don t starve yourself, and get plenty of sleep after exercising.Stick to it, and I m sure you ll be losing weight in no time. Good luck to you! ^_^
