You don t want to lose weight too quickly or you ll be left with a lot of saggy skin. Try walking to work and the shops places like that if you can, switch to healthy food that you enjoy, i find if you just get rid of the rubbish in your fridge and replacing it with healthy food you have no option but to eat the healthy food.Good luck.
