I am a 16 year old boy who ways 340lbs and would like a way to lose weight fast and easy. How? -

Eat yourself

- drink 8-9 glasses of water a day- drink a glass of ice water first thing in the morning before you eat anything to kick start your metabolism- cut out salad dressings (packed with calories)- If you have a sweet craving don t go for the cookies or other deserts. Try strawberries, raspberries, or cantelope instead. Sunsweet makes these amazing cherrie essence prunes that taste just like candy- Don t eat crackers like gold fish or cheezits. Instead buy pretzels that don t have any fat (like Snyders)- Portion control. Dinner can be the worst. Try thinking about how your splurge will feel later.- keep fast food to a minimum. It helps to go on the fast food website ahead of time to look up nutritoin info, you would be shocked at some of the stuff. For example, if you went to Taco Bell, try a bean and cheese burrito instead of nachos.- Soda: it s packed with calories, diet s not as bad but you should really be drinking water at that point. If you re craving a sweet drink go for Minute Maid Light Lemonade.- When you drink juices or milk, remember a serving is typically 8 oz, which could be a lot less than a full glass.- Try to walk or run for about 45 min every day.- Put as many fruits and vegies into your diet as you can.

Step 1:Cut out all sodas. The carbonation will make you bloated so switch to water or tea. Step 2:To lose one lb of fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. So start by cutting 350 calories off your daily diet.Step 3:Switch to lean proteins like chicken and fish because they will keep you fuller longer and are less in calorie.Step 4:Cut carbs out for the next 2 weeks, you ll definitely understand at the end of the 2 weeks how many extra calories they give you.Step 5:Eat lots and lots of vegetables.Step 6:Work out at least 1 hour a day. Go for a walk, ride a bike, lift some weights.

u have to do cardio and eat right. as long as you eat a healthy diet it s fine. try eating a salad instead of skipping a pizza dinner. also eat every 2 to 3 hours so that way it keeps your metabolism from slowing down. for example eat breakfast, a small snack, lunch, small snack, dinner, and small snack if u feel the need. i no cardio is boring but try doing hiit, hiit stands for high intensity interval training; what this is, is when you do a series of sprints/running times and then a series of jogging times. what you should do is warm up for about 5 minutes, and then you need to sprint/run really hard for 1 minute without stopping (i do it on speed 9mph on a treadmill or you can do it around your block with a stopwatch just running as fast as u can) and then you need to jog for 2 minutes to get your heart rate back down and give yourself time to rest a lil bit (for instance i do it on 7 so only go down 2 speeds or so, so that way your not going to slow). you are going to do that 2 more times and then cool down for 5 minutes (always warm up and cool down and i usually stretch before and after i start). what this (hiit) does is it increases your metabolism because your body is having to continually adjust and work harder to do what your doing and it has to compensate and make you less tired from the sprints so ur metabolism has to speed up in order to do that. so after you do that workout your metabolism stays up and doesn t go back to normal until up to 2 days!!!! also you should do some weights. look up iwantsixpackabs.com they have a good workout to do 3 times a week along with the cardio 3 times a week. if you do not feel like doing his workouts you can do some other weights but doing something in superset (what this means is you do 1 exercise and then IMMEDIATELY go into the 2nd exercise and then stop for about 60 seconds and then go back to doing exercise 1 and then immediately again to exercise 2 without stopping (and then do that 1 more time before moving onto the next two exercises). what this does is it creates a cardio workout because your constantly working (except for the 60 seconds) and normaly you do fullbody workouts so that way your body has to compensate and make your whole body good as new instead of just your upper body or your lower body. your metabolism has to speed up to make everything go back to normal so if you combine the super set full body workouts with the hiit cardio your pretty much guaranteed to lose weight because your metabolism is sped up like crazy and if following a good diet as well your going to have to lose weight). if you have any questions you can google it or e-mail me or somethin

There s no fast way out for you to lose weight you need to go on a exercising program and a strict diet you are killing your self at such a young age.
