What can i do to lose weight, to prepare for the Marines? -

I need to lose weight by the end of May so i can head out to boot camp what can i do to lose weight fast.

i think in order to join the marines they make u work out in some camp crap. wait until then. for now eat up fat a_ss. =]

Well I am in an Njrotc program and last October I went to the Marines Recruit Depot in San Diego. I have seen the basic training and what is needed to be done. There is lots of running involved and swimming and what not. Id say maybe start to build up your running and swimming skills. Weights would also be a good way to show the lean muscle. Have a well balanced meals and eat more then three times a day. I hope I helped out!
