Don t eat three big meals a day but eay 5-6 smalls for example if you have a small bowl of cereal for breakfast eat an apple between that and lunch then eat a small lunch eat and so fourth. Work out everyday. Do at least a half an hour of cardio then switchout on workin your muscles for example if you do your arm muscles on monday, wed, friday, due your leg muscles on tuesday, thursday, and saturday.
