Diet/weight loss program? -

i am 17, im about 6 3 and i weigh roughly around 245-250.I am really really ready to lose this weight, i would like to be around 180 and be pretty muscular, or bulk up to about 200 and be really big . if i eat between 400 and 1000 calories a day, lift weights, like heavy lifting, kinda body building, and run 2 miles, and maybe even swim how long should it take me to get to my goal? also are there any supplaments i should look into? creatine? hydroxycut? stimulant x? anything like that?

DO NOT EAT THAT FEW CALORIES. You will get very sick. Your daily calories requirement is about 2500, eat this and NO LESS. You will still lose weight, don t worry.If you eat too few calories, your metabolism will be destroyed, and you will end up with obesity issues later on in life. Please listen, this is the truth. Go to a dietician for confirmation......they can also help you with a nutrition plan.If you do the excercise you mentioned, and eat NO LESS than 2500 calories a day, you will have a slow (but NICE) steady weight loss.
