Weight loss question??? -

hey i am following a weight loss program. i am wanting to lose 15 pounds in two months. do you think i could lose that much if i follow a plan like this. you can have 2 dairy products in a day. 3 proteins. 2 carbs. 2 fruit. and 5 veggies in a day. and only 2 fats. i also will be doing 45 minutes of exercise daily. do you think i could reach this goal following this plane. i am 13 going into grade 9 next year and it would do me good if i could lose this weight i am only losing the weight for me self. thx

The best thing for you to do is set up an appointment with a dietitian. They work wonders and will tell you exactly what you need to do to give your body what it needs for energy and weight management. I would do this before trying any far out diet. Good luck to you!!

if you are really overweight then yes this should help you lose weight. it is good to start learning how to eat heathy at a younger age to prevent future health/weight problems. if you are not over weight then it may take a little longer

hi...please be careful...its good u want to take care of Ur body and keep it healthy...but part of that is eating properly ...if Ur really serious u should speak to a nurse...cause they can guide u what right for u ...and how to lose weight safely
