Weight Loss Programs? -

Has anyone ever used the Curves or Physicians Weight Loss programs? I want to lose about 15 lbs. or so. I was just wondering what services are included in these programs; do you buy the food from them, do they provide trainers, and about how much does it cost? Has anyone found these or any other programs effective? Thank you!
