A easy weight loss program to follow? -

hiya im 14 and 133 pounds (5 1 0 i went to the doctor and im about 20 pounds over weight...is there an easy weight loss program to follow? thanks skye

I d recommend resistance training along with cardio no more than twice a week. Maybe 15 minutes each to start but as you adjust to the exercises you will need to increase the time and resistance (just a little) cardio increase maybe 2 minutes and resistance add about 2-5 pounds. diets are temporary, you need to change the way you eat from this day forward and never look back. Eliminate sugar intake for the next few weeks. After that just monitor your sugar intake. Do this with fat intake as well. You will need to calorie count if you are serious about this and take in no more than 2000 calories and no less than 1500 calories a day, doing all of this immediatley will get you rapid and awesome healthy results.
