How to lose weight at 14? -

**********I need to lose it in a month!!!Before school starts.

Eat 1500 calories a day and do a lot of cardio workouts. A cardio workout is anything that gets your heart pumping.

Ok, you can lose 15 pounds, i d set the goal for 2 months or more, and during school time..your more active..walking to classes, sports, physical education,etc. and you shouldn t be embarrassed,that s a good thing, think your running..and they re sitting there being couch potatoes. Get a friend, mom, neighbor, and GO!Food wise: eat 1200 is the min. for eating so eat 1200 or more, let me explain your body burns the food you eat daily. so if you eat 1300 calories everyday (your body burns all this) 9100 a week, so do exercises that burn 500 calories a day, and that s 3500 calories and that s a pound a week! (3500 calories = 1 pound)And you should care, many teens turn anorexic from not caring, that cause death, have awareness of your body. Don t starve! eat healthy, throw about anything package, eat fresh fruit raw veggies, and lots of water.breakfast should be the biggest meal lunch medium dinner small.don t eat before bed,that s the worse! drink some water, it will fill you.I wish you lots of luck!

Ok My big sister is 14. And what she did to lose weight was. she did 20 situps and ten pushups a day. Also she dieted where she d only have three full meals a day (that had to be 500 calories or less). And like one or too snacks that had to be fruit or under 200 calories. She lost twenty pounds in two monthsp.s this should work my sis is 5 8 and she now weights 117

completely cut out any carbohydrates, because your body needs energy and there is no carbohydrates it will use fat - also try avoid sugar but you can eat as much as you want of other foods

i think you should be happy with yourself, but it doesnt sound like you are. do i would go with leg crunches, pullups, jogging up and down stairs is a good one

just do a few sit ups and make sure you do 10000 steps a day.your actually under eating so if you kept that up (which i dont recommend) your gonna loose weight soon.

Get past your ego and start running, no one cares if you try to lose weight. In fact laugh at the fat people watching you.

you shouldn t care about the people in your neighborhood in fact if i had neighborhood friends i d ask them to run with me haha(can anyone answer mine)

have lots of sex, its good exercise
