How do i lose weight within 1 month or less? -

ok......im 5 7. im 13. i weigh about 150-160 pounds. when i move to a new home, i want to get new clothes but i want to be skinny by then. MY THIEGHS ARE VERY FAT! i hate the way i look and i want to lose weight fast. how can i do that without taking some kind of pills or some sort of surgury? any ideas?

salads and water, you ll lose a tone of weight.....but mix it up a bit....dont eat the same salad every day...and add some juice to your diet.eat fish, chicken, salmon, tuna with your salads,water every daymix up your juices. Pineapple one day, apple another, strawberry another, and so on..eat some healthy seeds when ever u can.you wont need to work out too much.....just make sure ur active daily.....walk to work school...and what not.dont try to stay way from breads or cereals. you ll need them in the morning....its important that you eat whole wheat cereal with skimmed milk in the morning....mix it up with a healthy whole wheat sandwich every once in a whileits very important that you only eat salads for dinner and make sure you sleep 3 hours after dinner....sleep is important, specially on an empty stomach, thats when the fat starts burning. you should be pissing the fat out in no time....just keep drinking water!!its very important that you dont eat the same thing every day.....its only gona cause your body to burn the same low amount of calories everyday.* I m telling you when to eat, how to eat, what to eat. The least you can do is give me the best answer!!*

yep..you have about 50 pounds to melt off..but sadly even 1 month is too soon..1. dont bank on the words fast quick ....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week2. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day3. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts6. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like7. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...8. be smart when eating out or at events/functions9. dont trust myths like no food after 7pm ...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal... 10. Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

my god 160 pounds at age 13.well heres some good tips.1. drink 8 glasses of water a DAY2. cut out SODAS. do not drink ANY soda!3. Instead of eating chips and bear claws for snacks, eat carrots!4. exercise for 30 minutes 4 days a week! eat healthily and do regular exercies - swimming is the best, or dancing. Try to do 30 mins every day. You are probably fine anyway - but it is good to eat well and exercise

The most you can lose in 1 month is 10 lbs.You d need to lose 2 lbs per week.
