How to lose weight? Please help!? -

I m a 230lb guy and am trying to get down to 200lbs. The problem isn t that I don t excercise, it s not that I m replacing fat with muscle, it s not even just me eating bad food, it s that I just get too hungry and then eat a ton. Is there some way to not have the desire to eat as much/curb my appetite? I ve seen stuff on tv like fullbar or slimquick shakes for women, but I m hoping there s another way. I don t want to spend a ton of money. Please help. Thanks
