What are some ways to lose weight fast ? -

i m trying to get in shape and i weigh about 245 and i want to get down to 215-225 as quick as possible and i want to know what is it going to take to lose that much quickly

It depends on your expectations of how quickly you re trying to lose that weight. If you want to get into permanent good shape, you have to find a permanent solution... the best thing to do is to dispel the notions of easy weight loss or fad diets. Or Acai berries... sorry, they are a terrific antioxidant and you should eat them for that reason but not for weight loss. Good nutrition has always been simple... simpler than low-carb, fat-free, or sugar-free. You can have all of those things... in moderation. You can even have fast food if you want. I sometimes follow up my trip to the gym in the morning with McDonald s for breakfast, because I ve helped make room for it. The sooner you make 90% of your food choices responsible ones, the quicker you re on the way to eating right. And honestly, that s most of the battle. I only follow a few rules. 1, if I m eating vegetables, they have to have color... celery and iceberg lettuce are worth nothing to me. 2, fruits and nuts are my friend and I can eat as many of those as I want. 3, if my whole grain product doesn t contain 2-3g fiber for 25g carbohydrates, it s not worth eating. 4, I let myself slide every now and then.And find an exercise you LIKE. I like cycling and going to the gym for that is not a chore. Swimming is a great exercise too. Getting involved in a class helps with motivation.You can definitely do it, losing 30 lbs is achievable. Just remember you want that weight loss to be permanent and healthy, so it shouldn t come quickly... maybe a few months if you are diligent. Keep your head up, and know that other people have succeeded and you can be one of them!

well what i did to lose weight was i went step by step. I first cut all sweets out and that can really make a big difference. You cut out cokes, cookies, anything with sugar and you will see the difference. Next you take small portions of food, like if you normally have 4 peices of pizza you cut down to 2 pieces and if you are still hungry u have like a salad or something healthy. Then next you excersise. That will make the big difference. And u dont want to start out excersising right when u start. Like i said u gotta take it step by step and you will lose weight fast. dont waste money on those tv things like jenny craig or anything they dont always work with everyone.

See your Butcher. He can slice it off and sell it for you on a consignment basis. It is silly to think there is a fast, easy way to lose weight. You must exercise EVERY day and eat less meat and starch and mor fruits and vegetables. If you can t do that, you are doomed to lose about 10 or more years from your life span and have knee and hip replacements which are PAINFUL as hell. .

instead of eating 2-3 big meals a day switch to eating 5-6 small meals across the dayeat healthyburn more calories during your exercises than you take in (ie more aerobics)

lol if you are a student join your schools wrestling team x) i shed 2 lbs in 2 hours :o if u arent a student join the YMCA nearest you and lead a healthy diet of fruits and veggies :)
